5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to participate in The Tackle King's SMS/text messaging program under the following terms.

5.1 Consent to receive messages. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages — such as order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, abandoned-cart reminders, promotions, discounts, and special offers — from The Tackle King at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5.2 How to opt in. You may opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to these terms at checkout, through a sign-up form on our website, or by texting a designated keyword to our program number. By doing so, you confirm that you are the account holder for, or have the account holder's authorization to use, the mobile number provided.

5.3 Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with The Tackle King.

5.4 Costs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. The Tackle King is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

5.5 Opting out. You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you one confirmation message and then stop sending marketing text messages. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to existing orders. To rejoin, simply opt in again.

5.6 Help. For help at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us at support@thetackleking.com.

5.7 Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your network operator and is outside our control.

5.8 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enrol in the SMS program.

5.9 Privacy. Information you provide in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5.10 Changes to the program. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the SMS program, or any of these SMS terms, at any time and without notice.
